Installing Steering Column

Information 

Replace screw for Centre of steering column (universal joint).

1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

   Screw in and tighten screw securing steering column to Centre of steering column (universal joint) > Initial tightening 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)  + >Final tightening torque angle + 90° 

   Screw in and tighten nuts securing steering column to retaining frame in tightening sequence -4 to 7-  > Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)
