Removing Padding For Front Seat

  1. Disconnect electric line -4-  .

    Electric line

    1. 1.1 Unclip electric plug connection -1-  .
    2. 1.2 Disconnect and unclip electric plug connection -2-  .
    3. 1.3 Unclip line bracket -3-  .
  2. Using a plastic wedge, carefully detach the cover from the rear seat frame -arrows-  .

    Rear cover

  3. Guide electric wire harness for seat heating -4-  through the seat cover.

    Electric line

  4. Remove holder -6-  .

    Bracket

    1. 4.1 Unscrew screws -5-  .
    2. 4.2 Remove holder -6-  from trim panel on control panel.
  5. Only for vehicles with 18-way front sports seats (I-no. Q1J) or 14-way front comfort seats (I-no. Q2J): 

    Unclip front trim panel -7-  .

    Front trim

  6. Detach seat cover on front seat.
  7. Only for vehicles with 18-way front sports seats (I-no. Q1J) or 14-way front comfort seats (I-no. Q2J): 

    Detach seat cover on front seat-surface extension -9-  .

  8. Only for vehicles with 18-way front sports seats (I-no. Q1J) or 14-way front comfort seats (I-no. Q2J): 

    Remove seat cover from front seat-surface extension -9-  .

    1. 8.1 Disengage bars -8-  from tabs -11-  .
    2. 8.2 Disconnect and disengage electric plug connection -10-  .
  9. Remove padding for front seat -11-  .

    Padding for front seat

    1. 9.1 Disengage cushion clips > Padding for front seat  .
    2. 9.2 Guide air duct for front seat-surface suction fan through the holder.
    3. 9.3 Remove padding for front seat -11-  with seat heating.
