Removing Number Plate Cover

Information
On ECE/USA vehicles, the number plate cover is secured with self-tapping screws. When fitting the number plate cover for the first time (e.g. on a new front apron), screw the screws directly into the front apron. There is no need to drill any holes.
On China/Japan vehicles, the number plate cover is secured with 4 screws in blind press nuts including washer.

- Remove number plate from number plate bracket.
- Remove number plate bracket on number plate cover.
- Unscrew screws -2- and remove number plate cover -1- .
