Removing Rear Spoiler Trim

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
WARNING: Electrically moved components 
  • Danger of limbs being trapped or severed 

    → Switch off electric power to drive motor.

    → Make sure it does not switch on again.

    → Check that there is no electric charge.

  1. Extend rear spoiler using > 9900 - PIWIS Tester 3  .
  2. Switch off ignition and remove remote control (hand-held transmitter).
  3. Unclip rear spoiler trim -1-  , starting at the side, using a plastic wedge.

  4. Unscrew screws -1-  and unclip rear spoiler trim -2-  by pulling it to the rear -arrow-  .
