Installing Sill Cover

1. Fit door entry guard, guide it into the door gap and position it temporarily along the door sill.

   Information 

   • First position and engage the clips in the illustrated area of the B-pillar. Then engage all other clips. 

   Information 

   • The sill cover (door entry guard) can only be removed and installed when the doors are open. The illustration shows the vehicle without doors for the sake of clarity. 
2. Clip door entry guard in fully.

3. Screw in and tighten screw -1-  > Tightening torque 2.5 Nm (1.8 ftlb.)

   Information 

   • The screw is the expansion rivet mandrel. No additional tightening is required. 
4. Press in screws -2-  as far as they will go.
