Installing Front PCCB Brake Disc

Information
Do not confuse front PCCB brake discs at the left and right during installation!
Distinguishing feature: Part number! The flat surface of the front PCCB brake discs is marked with R = right or L = left!
- Only when re-using brake discs:
Check thickness of front disc brake pads.
- Only when re-using brake discs:
Check front PCCB brake disc (wear assessment).
- Clean the levelling and centering surfaces on the front PCCB brake disc and wheel hub.
- Apply a very thin coat of Optimally TA to the centering surface on the wheel hub.
- Further installation is performed in reverse order.
- Screw in and tighten screws on front PCCB brake disc > Tightening torque 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.)
- Screw in and tighten screws on brake line holder > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)
- Screw in and tighten new
screws for brake calliper
> Initial tightening 30 Nm (22.1 ftlb.)
> Final tightening torque angle + 90°
