Install Intake Pipe

Information 

• O-rings must always be replaced. 
• O-rings must be coated lightly with Kluber Syntheso Glep. 

1. Install intake pipe.
   1. 1.1 Check seal on intake pipe and replace it if damaged.
   2. 1.2 Replace O-rings on the Venturi tube.
   3. 1.3 Tighten screws securing intake pipe to turbocharger to > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)  .
   4. 1.4 Tighten screw securing intake pipe to pressure pipe to > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)  .
2. Install intake hose.
   1. 2.1 Tighten screw-type clamp on intake pipe with > Tightening torque 3.5 Nm (2.5 ftlb.) 
   2. 2.2 Tighten screw-type clamp on air box for air cleaner with > Tightening torque 3.5 Nm (2.5 ftlb.) 
3. Left side only: 
   1. 3.1 Check O-rings and replace them if damaged.
   2. 3.2 Connect positive crankcase ventilation line -1-  to the oil separator. -2- 
   3. 3.3 Not installed for every variant: 

      Connect electric connector -3-  to the positive crankcase ventilation valve.
