Information
The engine must be supported on the body in order to remove the front axle, oil guide housing, oil pump or similar components.
- Remove engine cover.

- Remove front trim panels.
> Refer to the appropriate Service Information for Removing and installing engine cover (design cover) (V6 biturbo)
- If used: Remove torque support.
- Loosen fuse box in the engine compartment.
- 4.1 Unscrew screws -1- .
- 4.2 Swivel fuse box -2- aside.

- Disconnect moulded hoses at the top on the charge-air cooler.
- Other preliminary work may be required, depending on engine type.
