Removing Intake Pipe

Information 

The procedure for removing and installing is described for one side as an example. The procedure for the other side is almost identical.

1. Left side only: 

   Release and disconnect positive crankcase ventilation line -1-  on the oil separator. -2- 

   1. 1.1 Not installed for every variant: 

      Release and disconnect electric connector -3-  on the positive crankcase ventilation valve.

2. Remove intake hose. -1- 
   1. 2.1 Loosen screw-type clamps -2-  and -3-  pull off intake hose. -1-

3. Remove intake pipe. -1- 
   1. 3.1 Unscrew screws -2-  .
   2. 3.2 Unscrew screw -3-  .
   3. 3.3 Disconnect line -4-  on the intake pipe. -1  .
   4. 3.4 Disconnect and remove intake pipe. -1-
