Removing Balance Shaft Bearing

- Prepare the > T40395 - insertion tool
.
- 1.1 Fit adapter T40395/2 on the roller bearing at the correct side. The chamfer -Arrow-
must be facing the roller bearing.

- 1.2 Align adapter -T40395/3- . The side without the chamfer -Arrows- points downwards

- 1.1 Fit adapter T40395/2 on the roller bearing at the correct side. The chamfer -Arrow-
must be facing the roller bearing.
- Pull the roller bearing inward at the front -1-
and rear -2-
using the spindle -T40395/1-
, adapter -T40395/2-
and adapter -T40395/3
-as far as it will go by turning the nut -T40395/4-
.

Installing balance shaft bearing
- Fit adapter T40395/2 on the roller bearing at the correct side. The chamfer -Arrow-
must be facing the roller bearing and determines the installation depth.

- Align adapter -T40395/3-
. The side without the chamfer -Arrows-
points downwards

- Insert roller bearing at the front -1-
and rear -2-
using the spindle -T40395/1-
, adapter - T40395/2-
and adapter -T40395/3-
as far as it will go by turning the nut -T40395/4-
.
