Installing Drive Belt

  1. Fit the drive belt.
    1. 1.1 Fit and align drive belt on pulley and vibration damper.
    2. 1.2 Swivel belt tensioner in a clockwise direction using a ring wrench.
    3. 1.3 Fit the drive belt over the tensioning roller and slowly swivel the belt tensioner back to its original position.
    4. 1.4 Check that the drive belt is seated and tensioned correctly.
