Removing Solenoid Hydraulic Valve For Valve Lift Adjustment

Information 

The steps described here are shown on the right cylinder bank, but also apply for the opposite side.

  1. Lift up moulded part -3-  .
    1. 1.1 For better access, release and disconnect plug connections for ignition coils -1-  .
    2. 1.2 Release and disconnect electric plug connections for solenoid hydraulic valves for valve lift adjustment -2-  .
    3. 1.3 Lift up moulded part -3-  for easier access to the solenoid hydraulic valve for valve lift adjustment.

    Moulded part

  2. Remove solenoid hydraulic valve for valve lift adjustment -2-  .
    1. 2.1 Unscrew screws on solenoid hydraulic valve for valve lift adjustment -1-  .
    2. 2.2 Remove solenoid hydraulic valve for valve lift adjustment -2-  .
