Subsequent Work For Diagnostic Scopes

- Connect tester to the vehicle and start it.
- Switch on ignition.
- Start diagnostics.
- Select engine electronics (DME) control unit.
- Select Maintenance/Repairs

- Select the Drive links/checks

- 6.1 Only for replacing injector valves and reconditioned engine: Reset injector valve learning values
- 6.2 Only for R4: Resetting chain elongation
- 6.3 Only for R4: Replacing turbocharger and reconditioned engine: Reset, turbocharger learning values
- Read out all fault memories , process and delete existing faults if necessary.
- Exit the diagnostic application. End operational readiness on the vehicle. Disconnect tester from the vehicle.
