Removing Rear Disc Brake Pads

  1. Press brake pistons back to their original position using > T10145 - piston reset tool  .

    Information 

    When doing this, make sure not to damage the dust boots on the brake pistons.

  2. Carefully push a screwdriver between the disc brake pads/brake callipers and lever the disc brake pads out by turning the screwdriver slightly > Removing rear disc brake pad (shown when removed).

  3. Remove pad retaining springs.
