Preliminary Work

For vehicles with all-wheel drive: Remove the relevant hub cap using > 9229/1 - puller hook and loosen axle nut -1- before raising the vehicle. Operate the brake while doing this (2nd mechanic required).

Axle nut (front axle shown)
Remove brake disc.
> 465019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT BRAKE DISC

> 465119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT PCCB BRAKE DISC
Remove connecting link for anti-roll bar.
> 407819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CONNECTING LINK FOR ANTI-ROLL BAR
Remove front speed sensor.
> 451155 REPLACING FRONT SPEED SENSOR
