Removing Battery

Information 

Switch off all loads and remove the ignition key.

  1. Disconnect negative cable -3-  and positive cable -4-  .

    Disconnect battery

    1. 1.1 Disconnect vent hose -2-  from the battery.
    2. 1.2 First disconnect the negative cable -3-  , then the positive cable -4-  .
  2. Unclip positive cable -5-  from the line bracket -6-  and set it aside.

    Unclipping positive cable

  3. Lift the battery up and out.

    Removing rail and retaining bar

    1. 3.1 Unscrew screws -3-  from the retaining bar -4-  and screws -5-  on the rail -6-  .
    2. 3.2 Remove rail -6-  and retaining bar -4-  .
