Removing Cylinder Head (Right Cylinder Bank)

  1. Remove additional coolant pump.
    1. 1.1 Unscrew screws on coolant line holder -1-  .
    2. 1.2 Unscrew screw on coolant flange -2-  and pull off the flange.
    3. 1.3 Remove additional coolant pump with coolant lines.

  2. Remove side coolant pipe -1-  by unscrewing screw -2-  and removing coolant pipe.

  3. Remove front coolant pipe -1-  by unscrewing screw -2-  and removing coolant pipe.

  4. Remove cylinder head.
    1. 4.1 Unscrew screws on cylinder head in the sequence -10 to 1-  .
    2. 4.2 Remove cylinder head.
