Preparing Roof Cut-Out For Rear Panoramic Roof

Information 

• The surface coating of adhesive residue helps new adhesive to stick. Keep cut surfaces clean and free of grease and do not clean with cleaning solution  .

1. When removing adhesive residue -3-  with a cutter and flashing knife on the body, ensure that a surface coating of adhesive residue -3-  remains.

   Information 

   • A drying time of 10 minutes must be observed between cleaning the bonding surface and applying primer! There must be no cleaning solution residues left on the body  .
2. Clean new paint surfaces and damaged areas of the top coat paint in the non-visible area of the roof cut-out in the body with cleaning solution -H1-  and touch up with primer -H2-  .
