Replacing Fuse Element In Power Distributor (HSB)

Information 

Illustration shows one fuse element; the method is identical for the other fuse elements.

When replacing several fuse elements, apply markings or replace fuse elements one by one.

1. Open cover on power distributor (HSB) -1-  .

2. Remove fuse element -4-  .
   1. 2.1 Unscrew nuts -2-  and remove electric line -3-  .
   2. 2.2 Remove fuse element -4-  .

3. Insert a new fuse element with a suitable nominal current rating.
4. The remaining installation steps are performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

   Tightening torque for nuts on fuse element: > Tightening torque 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.)
