Installing 48-Volt Power Distributor

  1. Fit the marked electric lines in the correct installation sequence on the screw bolts on the 48-volt power distributor.
  2. Secure the electric lines -2, 3, 4, 5-  with new fastening nuts > Tightening torque 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.)

  3. Position the 48-volt power distributor in the boot floor plate and secure with the fastening screw -1-  > Tightening torque 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.) 
  4. Close the cover on the 48-volt power distributor until the lid engages securely.

  5. Clip in the support -2-  for the centre luggage compartment floor at the right in direction of travel -A-  .

  6. Secure the support -2-  for the centre luggage compartment floor at the right using the fastening screw -1-  .
