Removing Circulating Pump
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Have suitable stoppers ready for closing off the line connections.
- Loosen evaporator holder -3-
.
- 2.1 Unscrew screws -2-
.
- 2.2 Screw off nut -1-
.
- 2.3 Suspend evaporator holder -3-
at the side.

Evaporator holder
- Remove coolant hoses -3-4-
.
- 3.1 Loosen spring band clamps -1-2-
using > VAS 6930 - spring band clamp pliers
and pull them off the adapter on the circulating pump.
- 3.2 Disconnect coolant hoses -3-4-
and close them off using stoppers.
- 3.3 Set coolant hoses -3-4-
aside.

Coolant hoses on circulating pump
- Remove circulating pump -4-
.
- 4.1 Release and disconnect electric plug connection -1-
.
- 4.2 Unscrew screw on circulating pump holder -2-
, open the holder -3-
and remove circulating pump -4-
.
