Removing Auxiliary Heating Control Unit

NOTE: Voltage peaks

Risk of damage to electrical load or to the control unit
→ Remove the ignition key and switch off load before disconnecting or removing load.

Information

Always comply with the regulations for handling ESD-sensitive components!

Always wear approved work clothes and shoes when carrying out assembly work.
Do not remove new part from ESD (electrostatic discharge) protective packaging until shortly before installation and only at the installation position.
Do not touch electric pins and plug contacts.

Unscrew screws -1- and remove cover -2- .

Unscrewing screws
Release and disconnect connector on the control unit.
Unclip both connector holders on the heater holder.
Remove auxiliary heating control unit.
