Use only oil approved by Porsche.

Hot fluid
- Danger of scalding
→ Let the fluid cool down.
→ Wear personal protective gear.
Information
- Secure vehicle to prevent it rolling away.
- To check transmission oil the vehicle must be horizontal.
- Place a drip pan underneath.
- Unscrew oil drain plug -2-
and drain oil.
Oil inspection and filler plug
- Screw in new oil drain plug -2- and tighten to > Tightening torque 35 Nm .
- Unscrew oil inspection plug.
- Use > VAS 6563 - Manual metering pumps, Porsche set
to fill oil into the inspection plug opening -1-
.
- 5.1 The oil fill quantity is specified in the table Oil filling specifications for front-axle final drive and rear axle differential.
- 5.2 The oil level in the final drive can be measured using an angled piece of wire, for example.
Oil inspection and filler plug
- Screw in new oil inspection plug -1- and tighten to > Tightening torque 35 Nm .
