Removing All-Wheel Final Drive

WARNING:
Danger of objects or loads falling down
- Risk of squashing or crushing
→ Secure components to prevent them from falling down.
- Fit impact puller.
- 1.1 > 9799 - Impact puller must be fitted at the groove in the connecting shaft using four screws -1- .
Fitting tool (similar to illustration)
- Loosen connecting shaft.
- 2.1 Use > 9799 - impact puller to remove connecting shaft from all-wheel final drive -arrow- .
Removing and fitting connecting shaft (similar to illustration)
- Remove console.
- 3.1 Unscrew fastening screws -1- and remove console -2- .
- 3.2 Remove circlip -3- .
Final drive console
- Remove coolant lines -1-

- 4.1 Unclip positive cable at three places.
- 4.2 Unscrew screws -2 and 3- and nut -4- .
- 4.3 Loosen clamps -5- .
- 4.4 Remove coolant lines -1- .

- Remove right engine mount -2-

- 5.1 Unscrew screws -1- and remove engine mount -2- .
Right engine mount
- Remove right engine carrier -2-

- 6.1 Unscrew screws -1- and remove engine carrier -2- .
Right engine carrier
- Remove all-wheel final drive.
- 7.1 Unscrew screws -4- and remove all-wheel final drive -3- .
Front-axle final drive
