Installing Roof Trim Panel

Information 

Fitting using impact tools is not permitted.

1. Installation is performed in reverse order.
2. Engage front and rear roof trim panel in the bodyshell and press up slightly at the rear until the Velcro fasteners engage.
3. Screw in and tighten screws > Tightening torque 5.6 Nm (4 ftlb.) 

Subsequent work 

1. Install front roof trim panel.

   > WM, 708419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ROOF TRIM PANEL 

2. Install grab handles.

   > WM, 683519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT HANDLE

   > WM, 683719 REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR HANDLE

3. Install sun visor.

   > 682319 REMOVING AND INSTALLING SUN VISOR

4. Install D-pillar trim panel.

   > 706919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING D-PILLAR TRIM PANEL 

5. Install upper part of C-pillar trim panel.

   > WM, 706819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING C-PILLAR TRIM PANEL (UPPER PART) 

6. Secure upper part of B-pillar trim panel.

   > 706719 REMOVING AND INSTALLING UPPER PART OF B-PILLAR TRIM PANEL 

7. Install windscreen.

   > 641219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WINDSCREEN

8. Install A-pillar trim panel.

   > 705719 REMOVING AND INSTALLING A-PILLAR TRIM PANEL
