Installing Centre Intake-Air Distributor

- Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
- 1.1 Screws on the intake-air distributor flanges at the sides > Tightening torque 7 Nm (5 ftlb.)

- 1.1.1 Replace seal if damaged!
- 1.2 Loosen screw-type clamp securing pressure hose to throttle valve > Tightening torque 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.) +/- 0.5 Nm (0.4 ftlb.) .
- 1.3 Screw on intake-air distributor, top > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) .
- 1.4 Screw securing strut to reinforcement > Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) .
- 1.5 Screw securing strut to chassis subframe > Initial tightening 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) > Final tightening + 90° .
- 1.6 Screw-type clamps on suction hose > Tightening torque 3.5 Nm (2.5 ftlb.) .
- 1.1 Screws on the intake-air distributor flanges at the sides > Tightening torque 7 Nm (5 ftlb.)
