Installing Front Lid Seal

Information

Before refitting the seal, check it for damage and replace it if necessary.
Fit seal without additional sealing compound.
During installation, keep the seal away from hot engine components because otherwise the seal can become damaged.

Centre the rear seal -2- on the plenum panel and starting at the Centre, press it onto the cowl panel.

Installing rear lid seal
First fit the ends of the front seal -1- and then press the remaining Centre part on evenly.
