Removing Pressure Pipe

  1. Disconnect pressure hose at the top -1-  from pressure pipe.

    Pressure hose at top of pressure pipe

    1. 1.1  Loosen clamp at the top -2-  .
    2. 1.2  Pull pressure hose at the top -1-  off the pressure pipe.
    3. 1.3  Close off openings using suitable stoppers.
    4. 1.4  Release and disconnect electric plug connection -3-  .
  2. Disconnect pressure hose at the bottom -1-  from pressure pipe.

    1. 2.1  Loosen clamp at the bottom -2-  .
    2. 2.2  Pull pressure hose at the bottom -1-  off the pressure pipe.
    3. 2.3  Close off openings using suitable stoppers.
    4. 2.4  Loosen pulsation damper -4-  from rubbers -3-  and lay it aside.
  3. Remove pressure pipe -1-

    Pressure pipe

    1. 3.1  Unscrew nuts on pressure pipe -2-  .
    2. 3.2  Remove pressure pipe -1-
