Affixing Adhesive Film On The Rear Brake Pads
Information
Brake pads that are close to the wear limit must be replaced.

Information
Do not use cleaning agents that can damage the components, e.g. brake cleaner, nitro-dilution or solvent naphtha.
Work Procedure:
- Cut out adhesive film using the cut template provided.
- Clean the back of the brake pads using a suitable cleaning agent.
- Clean the brake calliper close to the sealing surfaces of the brake pad using a suitable cleaning agent.
- Remove protective film from the adhesive film.
- Affix adhesive film directly onto the back of the brake pad from the outside in. When doing so, make sure that no air is encased under the adhesive film and that the adhesive film is affixed fully.
- Remove the second protective film.

2 Press the brake medium-strength five times with the engine running.
