- Install rear speed sensor.
> 451519 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR SPEED SENSOR - SECTION ON "INSTALLING"
- Depending on equipment:
Install coil spring or air spring bellows.
> 427219 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING COIL SPRING - SECTION ON "INSTALLING"
> 434319 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING AIR SUSPENSION BELLOWS - SECTION ON "INSTALLING"
- Install rear brake disc.
> 465319 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR BRAKE DISC - SECTION ON "INSTALLING"
- Tighten screw for drive shaft -1-
.
Drive shaft screw
- 4.1 Raise the vehicle as far as required so that the wheel is not on the floor.
- 4.2 Tighten screw on drive shaft -1-
to the specified initial tightening torque and get a second mechanic to press the brake at the same time.
> Initial - tightening 200 Nm (148 ftlb.)
- 4.3 Lower the vehicle.
- 4.4 Tighten screw on drive shaft -1-
and also get a second mechanic to press the brake at the same time.
> Final tightening 180°
- 4.5 Fit hub cap -2- .
- Perform suspension alignment.
