Disassembling Double Clutch Transmission

  1. Remove halfshaft flange.

    > 392519 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING HALFSHAFT FLANGE

  2. Remove drive plate.

    > 136319 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING DRIVE PLATE

  3. Remove the double clutch.

    > 304919 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING DOUBLE CLUTCH

  4. Remove sealing ring for double clutch.

    > 386955 - Removing and installing sealing ring for double clutch 

  5. Remove drive shaft bearing

    > 380919 - Removing and installing drive shaft bearing 

  6. Remove ATF pan.

    > 375519 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING ATF PAN 

  7. Remove transmission control mechanism.

    > 387719 - Removing and installing transmission control mechanism 

  8. Remove ATF pump.

    > 385619 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING ATF PUMP

  9. Remove sealing ring for front output shaft.

    > 387055 - REPLACING SEALING RING FOR FRONT OUTPUT SHAFT

  10. Remove wire harness.

    > 381819 - Removing and installing wire harness 

  11. Remove sensor module.

    > 381919 - Removing and installing sensor module
