Tightening Sequence For High-Pressure Fuel Lines

1. Fit union nut -1-  by hand.
   1. 1.1 Coat thread on union nuts with Microgleit DF 977S. Observe drying time of at least 5 minutes before fitting. 
2. Tighten screws -2-  with > tightening - torque 8 Nm (5.9 ftlb.)  > final - tightening torque + 45 Nm (33.2 ftlb.) 
3. Screw -3-  with > Tightening - torque 9 Nm (6.6 ftlb.) 
4. Union nut -1-  with > tightening - torque of 10 Nm (7.4 ftlb.)  > Torque angle 60°
