1. 1.1  Unscrew screws for differential pressure sensor holder -2-  .
2. 1.2  Set differential pressure sensor holder -1-  aside.

Cable plugs for camshaft sensors

Information 

• Sealing faces must be cleaned to remove all residual sealant. 
• Sealing faces must be free of grease and oil. 
• Sealing faces must be cleaned with primer Loctite 7515.

1. 3.1  Unscrew screws on cylinder head cover -1 to 19-  .
   1. 3.1.1  Replace screws.
2. 3.2  Screw two screws (M8 x 25)  into the threaded bores -21-  by hand.
3. 3.3  Tighten screws alternately by half a turn until the cylinder head cover -20-  is loosened.
4. 3.4  Remove cylinder head cover -20-  .
5. 3.5  Remove screws from the threaded bores -21-  .
6. 3.6  Carefully clean sealing faces on the cylinder 1 head cover.
