Install Valve Lifters

Information 

The most important working regulations and warning notes 

• The most important working regulations and warning notes must be observed. 

1. Fit hydraulic tappet -2-  on valve lever -3-  .
   1. 1.1  Position hydraulic tappet -2-  and safety clip -1-  on valve lever -3-  .
   2. 1.2  Insert the hydraulic tappets -2-  and hook the safety clip -1-  on the valve lever -3-  , making sure that the safety clip -1-  is seated correctly.

2. Fit hydraulic tappet -1-  and valve lever -2-  .
   1. 2.1  Oil hydraulic tappet -1-  and valve lever -2-  .
   2. 2.2  Insert hydraulic tappet -1-  with the valve lever -2-  into the cylinder head together.
   3. 2.3  Position the pressure face or the valve lever -2-  on the valve pressure face.

3. After installing the hydraulic tappets and valve levers, check that they are seated correctly again, particularly the safety clip, and make sure that the pressure faces of the valve lever and valve are positioned correctly.
