Removing Lower Chain Housing Cover (R4)

1. 1.1  Screw in screw on pulley.

Oil-pressure sender on oil filter bracket

1. 3.1  Disconnect coolant pipe -2-  .
   1. 3.1.1  Unscrew and remove screws -3-  .
2. 3.2  Unclip guide tube for oil dipstick from the upper chain housing cover -4-  .
3. 3.3  Pull guide tube for oil dipstick -1-  out of the lower chain housing cover.
4. 3.4  Remove seal on guide tube for oil dipstick -5-  and replace it.

1. 4.1  Release and disconnect cable plug -2-  .
2. 4.2  Unscrew screw -3-  .
   1. 4.2.1  Replace bolt
3. 4.3  Remove oil pressure switch -1-  and replace seal.

Information 

The lower chain housing cover must be replaced.

1. 5.1  Unscrew and remove screws -15 to 1-  .
   1. 5.1.1  Replace screws.
2. 5.2  Loosen and remove lower chain housing cover -16-  and replace it.
