Removing The Generator

CAUTION: Hot components

Risk of burns
1. → Let hot components cool down.
2. → Wear personal protective gear.

Disconnect electric connections from the generator.
1. 1.1 Release and disconnect cable plug -1- .
2. 1.2 Unscrew nut -2- and remove B+ line -3- from the generator.

Connections on generator
Remove the generator -1- .
1. 2.1 Unscrew screws -2- and guide the generator -1- down out of the engine compartment.
