Installing Moulded Hose (Turbocharger - Charge Air Cooler)

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
    1. 1.1  Tighten the screw clamp of the moulded hose on the turbocharger.
      • Tightening torque 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.) 
    2. 1.2  Tighten screw-type clamp on moulded hose for charge air cooler right.
      • Tightening torque 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.)
