| 8 | High-pressure pump With control valve for fuel pressure Make sure that no dirt gets into the fuel system during installation Protect the high-pressure pump from impact of any kind The fuel system must be depressurised for installation Do not strain fuel lines during installation |
| 9 | Adapter/replace > Tightening - torque 40 Nm (30 ftlb.) |
| 10 | Nut > Tightening - torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) Do not strain fuel lines during installation |
| 11 | Fuel line connection > Tightening - torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) |
| 12 | Clamp/replace |
| 13 | Screw > Tightening - torque 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.) |
| 14 | Fuel supply line Do not strain fuel lines during installation |
| 15 | Vacuum unit for intake manifold flaps |
| 16 | Vacuum hose |
| 17 | Intake manifold flap valve |
| 18 | Temperature sensor |
| 19 | Screw > Tightening - torque 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.) |
| 20 | Intake-air distributor |
| 21 | Electronic adjuster for intake manifold flap |
| 22 | Nut > Tightening - torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) |
| 23 | Screws > Tightening - torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) |
| 24 | Seal/replace if damaged |
| 25 | Fuel pressure sensor for low pressure > Tightening - torque 15 Nm (11 ftlb.) v |
| 26 | Adapter > Tightening - torque 15 Nm (11 ftlb.) |
