Securing Rear Brake Calliper

Rear brake calliper in wheel housing

Information 

Never use power tools (impact bolter) for loosening and securing the brake calliper on the wheel bearing housing.

Rear brake calliper

1. 2.1 Fit rear brake calliper -1-  .
2. 2.2 Replace rear brake calliper screws -3-  .
3. 2.3 Screw in and tighten new screws on rear brake calliper -3-  .

   > Initial - tightening 100 Nm (74 ftlb.) 

   > Final tightening + 90° 

4. 2.4 Connect and lock cable plug -2-  .

Cable plug for rpm sensor

1. 4.1 Select Parking brake  in the control unit overview.
2. 4.2 In the Maintenance/repairs  menu, select the function Commissioning.
3. 4.3 Follow the instructions on the Tester.
