Never use power tools (impact bolter) for loosening and securing the brake calliper on the wheel bearing housing.

- Loosen brake line holder -1-
from wheel bearing housing.

- 1.1 Unscrew screw on brake line holder -2- .
- 1.2 Loosen brake line holder -1- and move it aside.
- Carefully pull out contact for brake pad wear indicator -1-
and loosen electric line -2-
from the bleeder valve cover at the brake calliper -3-

If necessary, remove a little brake fluid from the reservoir by suction in order to prevent an overflow when the disc brake pads are pushed back.

- 3.1 If there is a burr on the outside of the brake disc, reset the brake pads slightly using a suitable tool.
- 3.2 Unscrew screws on front brake calliper -2- .

The most suitable position for suspending the brake calliper in the wheel housing must be selected in accordance with the work to be carried out.
- Suspend front brake calliper -1-
in the wheel housing.

- 4.1 Have suitable fastening elements -2- (e.g. tie-wraps) ready for suspending the brake calliper.
- 4.2 Attach fastening element -2- at a suitable position in the wheel housing.
- 4.3 Remove front brake calliper -1- from the wheel bearing housing and suspend it at the relevant prepared position, making sure not to damage the brake lines on the brake calliper.
