Removing Upper Control Arm

Upper control arm on rear axle housing

1. 1.1 Unscrew screw securing upper control arm to rear axle housing -2-  and counter at nut -3-  at the same time.

Upper control arm on wheel bearing housing

1. 2.1 Release and disconnect electric plug connection for brake pad wear indicator -2-  .
2. 2.2 Mark position of the eccentric adjuster -3-  for re-installation.
3. 2.3 Unscrew screw on upper control arm -4-  and counter at nut -5-  at the same time.
4. 2.4 Remove upper control arm -1-  .
