Preliminary Work For Main Wire Harness In Engine Compartment At The Left

1. Disconnect battery ground strap.

   > 2X00IN - WORK INSTRUCTIONS AFTER DISCONNECTING THE BATTERY

2. Remove front-end electronics.

   > 944919 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT-END ELECTRONICS

3. Loosen fuse box in the cowl panel.

   > 978409 - LOOSENING AND SECURING FUSE BOX 

4. Remove headlight at the left.

   > 941519 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING HEADLIGHTS

5. Remove left front wheel.

   > 440519 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING WHEEL

6. Remove front wheel housing liner at the left.

   > Refer to appropriate service information

7. Remove the windscreen-washer reservoir.

   > 926019 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING WINDSCREEN-WASHER RESERVOIR

8. Remove windscreen washer system hose from the front lid.

   > 925419 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING HOSE FOR WINDSCREEN WASHER SYSTEM

9. Remove air cleaner housing.

> 242519 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING AIR CLEANER HOUSING (R4)

> WM, 242519 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING AIR CLEANER HOUSING (V6 TURBO)
