Reading Out Transfer Box Wear Integrator

Information 

The transmission wear integrator oil  must be checked during every inspection.

1. Connect the Tester to the vehicle and start it. Switch on ignition.
2. Select the vehicle type if necessary.
3. Select All-wheel  .
4. Select Actual values/input signals  .
5. Select T_wear integrators  . Press F12 to continue.
6. Select V40_Transmission wear integrator - oil  . Press F12 to continue.

   If this value is greater than 145 kWh  , the oil in the transfer box must be changed

   • WM, 399055 CHANGING OIL FOR FINAL DRIVE (TRANSFER BOX) 

   If the value is lower, no further action is required.

7. If the oil in the transfer box is changed, the value must be deleted and reset to zero after the oil change.
8. Press F11 to exit the menu.
