Removing Rubber Mounting For Rear Final Drive

Information 

The procedure for removing and installing is described for one side as an example. The procedure for the other side is almost identical.

1. Place rear axle housing on a suitable base and secure it.
2. Fit > T40032 - assembly fixture  and > T40033 - assembly fixture  on rubber mounting for rear final drive.
   1. 2.1 Fit T40033/3 - pressure piece -1-  together with T40033/4 - plate -2-  on rubber mounting for rear final drive.
   2. 2.2  Guide T40032/5 - spindle -3-  through T40033/4 - plate -2-  , T40033/3 - pressure piece -1-  and rubber mounting for rear final drive.
   3. 2.3  Push T40032/4 - pressure piece -4-  onto T40032/5 - spindle -3-  and screw on nut -5-  .

3. Press out rubber mounting for rear final drive.
   1. 3.1  Turn clockwise at the T40032/5 - spindle -3-  and counter at nut -5-  at the same time until rubber mounting for the rear final drive is completely pressed out of the rear axle housing.
   2. 3.2  Remove special tools together with rubber mounting for rear final drive.

   Information 

   Mountings that have been pressed out must not be re-used.

4. Replace rubber mounting for rear final drive.
