No Identifiable Deformations On The Body Structure

  1. Check seam joining line on the accessories

    > *** 5000IN Diagram - Body gap dimensions

  2. Check accessories for paint abrasion (accessories that were hit during impact)
  3. Drive the vehicle onto a lifting platform and raise it. Measure screw points using an electronic measuring system (e.g. > VAS 6526/11 - Measuring Unit, Professional  or > VAS 811 019 - Measuring system  ) and compare with the required values.
  4. Determine extent of any apparent damage to vehicle parts

    Measure running gear electronically if necessary

  5. Decide whether the vehicle has to be repaired

    Repair vehicle, if necessary.
