Installing Safety Clip On Actuating Cylinder

Correct fitting

• The actuating cylinder must be disconnected from the ball joint while removing and installing the safety clip. 
• Safety clips must not be removed or installed by widening (bending) them. 
• Replace safety clips that are widened as a result of incorrect removal. 
• Fit new safety clips only by pushing them on. 

1. Fit safety clip in the top part of the groove.
2. Push safety clip on fully as far as its end position.
