Checking Thickness Tolerance

Information 

• The required technical values must be taken from the 

  > 4600TW - PSCB TECHNICAL VALUES AND WEAR LIMITS 

  document. 

1. Measure the brake disc thickness tolerance using a suitable micrometer screw at 8 places within the braking surface.
2. Result is OK:  Install brake disc.

   > 465019 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT BRAKE DISC - SECTION ON "INSTALLING" 

3. Result is not OK:  Replace brake disc.

   > 465019 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT BRAKE DISC - SECTION ON "INSTALLING" 

4. Fit wheel.

   > 440519 - REMOVING AND INSTALLING WHEEL - SECTION ON "INSTALLING"
