Removing Left Rear Backrest

  1. Fold load-through provision forward.
  2. Unscrew screw -1-  for left bearing bracket -2-  . Fit new screws. 

    Remove bearing bracket by moving it upwards -arrow A-  and unhooking it and pulling it forward out of the cross bolt -arrow B-  .

  3. Lift rear left backrest -1-  out of the centre mount -2-  and remove it -arrow A-  .

    Rear backrest

  4. Pull rear left backrest -1-  towards the centre of the vehicle and remove it from the mount on the body side -3- (-arrow B-)  .
  5. Only for vehicles with heated seats:  Disconnect electric plug connection between the rear seat and backrest.
