Removing Dashboard Moulding On Driver Side (Left)

1. Cover steering-column switch and steering wheel with a protective mat.
2. Open closing flap on the air nozzle using adjusting wheel -1-  .

3. Move vane tab -2-  to centre position.

4. Loosen air nozzle with dashboard moulding on the driver side (left).

   Puller hook

   1. 4.1 Guide puller hook in the upper area -1-  into the air vent and make sure that the hook -2-  engages securely in the housing -3-  .
   2. 4.2 Pull on the puller hook -Arrow-  until the air nozzle with the dashboard moulding on the driver side (left) disengages.
   3. 4.3 Guide puller hook in the upper area -4-  into the air vent and make sure that the hook -5-  engages securely in the housing -3-  .
   4. 4.4 Pull on the puller hook -Arrow-  until the air nozzle with the dashboard moulding on the driver side (left) disengages.
   5. 4.5 Remove air nozzle with dashboard moulding on the driver side (left).
5. For vehicles with illuminated air nozzles:

   Release and remove electric plug connection -2-  .

6. Unscrew screws -1-  and remove dashboard moulding on driver side (left) from the air nozzle.
