Removing Dashboard Moulding On Passenger's Side

1. Open closing flap on air vent on passenger's side using adjusting wheel.
2. Insert puller -1-  > 3438 - hook  in the upper a rea of the air vent on passenger's side -2-  and make sure that the hook -3-  engages securely in the housing.

3. Keep the puller hook tensioned and release locking lug on air vent on passenger's side -1-  through the opening -2-  using a suitable tool.

4. Pull on the puller hook -1-  until the air vent on passenger's side together with dashboard moulding -2-  on passenger's side disengages from the dashboard.

5. Keep dashboard moulding on passenger's side tensioned and release locking lug on the glove compartment -1-  through the opening -2-  using a suitable tool.

6. For vehicles with illuminated air vents -1- : 

   Release electric plug connection -2-  and disconnect it.

7. Remove dashboard moulding on -3-  passenger's side.

8. When replacing dashboard moulding on passenger's side: 

Unscrew screws -1-  and remove air vent on passenger's side -2-  from dashboard moulding on passenger's side.
